Terms of service
These terms govern a studio’s authorized use of Atrium and its private client and vendor workflows.Effective 28 July 2026 · Last updated 1 August 20261. Agreement and eligibility
These terms form an agreement between the subscribing studio and Creative Sparks, Thellakom PO, Kottayam, Kerala, India - 686630, as the operator of Atrium. By creating or using an Atrium account, the studio agrees to these terms and confirms that its representative can bind the studio. Atrium is intended for business use by interior-design, architecture, procurement, and finance teams.
2. Accounts and access
The studio is responsible for accurate registration details, authorized roles, secure credentials, and activity performed through its accounts. Private client links are subject-scoped and must be shared only with the intended decision maker. Access may not be resold, shared outside the licensed studio, or used to bypass security controls.
3. Studio data and permissions
The studio retains its rights in content it uploads or creates. It grants Atrium the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, render, and transmit that content to operate the service. The studio must have authority to process the personal, project, vendor, financial, and client information it enters.
4. Commercial records and approvals
Atrium helps studios prepare estimates, BOQs, change orders, invoices, receipts, procurement records, and approval evidence. The studio remains responsible for professional advice, contract terms, tax treatment, document accuracy, procurement decisions, and compliance. An Atrium approval event is operational evidence and is not a government-certified electronic signature unless separately agreed.
5. Fees and payments
Subscription fees, plan limits, taxes, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in an order form. Studio subscription billing remains separate from client-project invoices and payments. Payment providers may impose additional terms. Except where law or an order form requires otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not unlawfully access data, upload malicious content, probe or disrupt the service, defeat rate or access limits, reverse engineer protected components, infringe third-party rights, or use Atrium for illegal, deceptive, or abusive activity.
7. Availability, suspension, and termination
We work to keep Atrium reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may suspend access to address security, non-payment, unlawful use, or material breach. On termination, studio access ends subject to any agreed export period and legal retention requirements.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Atrium is provided on an “as available” basis and implied warranties are excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Atrium’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
9. Governing terms
Applicable Indian law governs these terms. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution of a dispute; jurisdiction and any additional commercial terms are determined by the studio’s order form or subscription agreement. Updated terms apply prospectively after reasonable notice.
