India-first operations
GST and compliance
Atrium provides auditable INR and GST-aware workflows while each studio retains responsibility for its tax and professional obligations.Effective 28 July 2026 · Last updated 1 August 2026Supported commercial records
Atrium supports studio identity, GSTIN and state code, estimates and quotations, versioned BOQs, change orders, invoices, receipts, credit notes, payment allocations, refunds, vendor quotations, purchase orders, bills, and delivery evidence.
GST calculations
Documents can record HSN or SAC references, taxable values, inclusive or exclusive tax, CGST and SGST for intra-state supply, or IGST for inter-state supply. Financial-year sequences and immutable issued-document facts support traceable corrections through new credit notes, change orders, and refund events.
Studio responsibility
Atrium is operational software, not a chartered accountant, tax adviser, or filing service. Each studio must confirm its registration details, place of supply, classification, rates, reverse-charge treatment, invoicing requirements, retention periods, and filings with its qualified adviser.
Evidence and exports
Audit history keeps actors, timestamps, versions, approvals, and corrective events separate from cash movement and procurement. Studios should retain statutory source documents and reconcile Atrium exports with their books and returns.
